Account Ownership

Each bi44 account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, lent or shared with any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. KYC Verification

bi44 may require identity and age verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal, awarding a promotion, or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted identity documents include:

• National ID card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh government
• Valid Bangladesh passport (data page and photo page)
• Bangladesh driving licence (front and back)

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bi44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bi44 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. bi44 does not accept cash transactions or bank wire transfers as primary methods.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made to a bi44 account:

• Minimum deposit per transaction: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your bi44 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests from a bi44 account:

• Minimum withdrawal per request: ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before bi44 processes any withdrawal. Withdrawals submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Most withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Times may be longer during peak periods or for requests requiring additional review.
• bi44 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal deemed to require further verification, including large-value withdrawals or withdrawals from recently registered accounts.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bi44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, ফ্রি স্পিন, cashback, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is a breach of these Terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) as specified in the promotion details. Until these requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.

In cases of termination for breach, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited at bi44's sole discretion.
